Private Label Rights is a right or license where the creator sells most or all of the intellectual property rights to their work.
You may sell or give away PLR products to others and you keep the profits. You may also change the product however you see fit. You also may claim that you are the author. But you CANNOT claim the copyright to the product.
Generally, you may change a PLR product in any way that you please. This means you can take the initial product, change it, add to it, take away from it, extract portions, rebrand it, among other things! Additionally, you may place your name on it and market that product as your own.
